Establishing a 3-month nutritional strategy for the coming period (e.g. preparation / start) while raising nutritional awareness based on proprietary tools and teaching materials.
Initial consultation
- defining cooperation objectives
- analysing training loads
- calculating RMR, NEAT
- discussing how TDEE changes on each day with / without training and how it affects the energy content of the diet and the distribution of macronutrients on a weekly basis
- in case of stationary consultation, full anthropometric analysis (BIA + assessment of skinfold thickness according to ISAK protocol)
Strategic consultation
- analysing the food diary, medical history and laboratory results
- outlining the objectives of the nutritional strategy for the particular period
Preparation of an individual nutritional strategy (approx. 150-200 pages) with sample meals based on the current health status and taste preferences (divided into off-days and days with different training load)
Depending on the sport and the period in which we cooperate, the nutritional strategy also includes:
- matching training and start energy supply
- nutrition and hydration plan before the match and on the match day
- planning a carbohydrate loading protocol before the start
- practical tips on how to organise your meals when travelling
- suplementation
