The constant chase after the children and the office work didn't help me in the fight against unnecessary kilograms. After my second pregnancy, I tried to eat fairly healthy food and find time to exercise, but I hit a brick wall. I did some Internet research, listened to the experiences of others, my sister and that's how I got to Agnieszka. It was the best decision I could make. A year ago I made the first call and booked an appointment. We discussed what was bothering me, what I dreamed of, how determined I was, I underwent a list of tests, I showed an example of my diet. I often go back to the book I got, on the first page there is a target - to lose 6 kg. I could talk for hours. I lost 11 kg, I get into clothes not from before pregnancy, but from before the wedding, I feel great, healthy, I started running. Agnieszka explained to me how important the nutrition is when you run longer, so that you don't lack strength. A year ago I didn't think I would run more than 10 km. I have a few halves behind me and next week I run my first forest half marathon. Agnieszka not only prepared a diet for me, she helped me change my eating habits and made me believe in myself more. I try to stick to my diet. No, it's food for life, not a diet. In this heat, I visit my favorite ice cream parlor and I'm not afraid of it anymore.
